Northstar Montessori is located in a beautiful, spacious facility set on 2 acres of land, offering ample room for children to explore, play, and engage in outdoor learning.
Our classrooms are designed to meet the developmental needs of each child, with Montessori-inspired materials and a layout that encourages independence and self-direction.
We also offer an expansive outdoor area where children can engage in physical play, explore nature, and enjoy hands-on experiences in the garden beds and role-play kitchen areas.

As the Regional Director of Northstar Preschools, Natalie is passionate about creating an environment where children thrive. With years of experience in early childhood education, she brings a deep commitment to Montessori principles and a personal dedication to ensuring every child receives the best possible learning experience. Natalie is excited to lead the team at Northstar Spring and partner with families to foster a love of learning in every child.
Maria Escobar - Assistant Director
Maria is a skilled and compassionate leader with extensive experience in early childhood education. As the Assistant Director at Northstar Spring, she plays a pivotal role in supporting our Montessori-certified guides and ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly. Maria is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where children can grow emotionally, socially, and academically.
Desiree Massey - Office Administrator
Desiree is the welcoming face of Northstar Preschool Spring, providing excellent administrative support and fostering communication between families and the center. With a background in customer service and office management, Desiree ensures that all families feel heard, supported, and connected to the heart of our school.
Clarke Peterson - CEO
Clark Peterson is the founder and CEO of Northstar Preschools. Since 2021, he has led the company’s growth with a focus on quality, strong leadership, and a mission-driven culture-building schools where children thrive and families feel confident in their choice of care. He’s also a proud (and happily outnumbered) dad to four daughters and a dedicated dad-joke enthusiast-despite some tough critics at home.
